Payment is due at the time of purchase. Orders will not ship until payment has been received. Custom orders will not be started before payment is received. We accept Credit/Debit Cards & PayPal.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods, Time & Info: All orders are packaged securely and shipped through standard mail carriers. Tracking information will be provided for most items when they ship. Items shipped via First Class Mail (i.e. vinyl stickers) will not have tracking information, but there will still be a notification sent when they ship. All glasses are shipped Priority Mail, which is generally 1-3 Day Shipping based on your location (This is an estimate, not a guarantee. International orders may take an additional 1-2 weeks.). All items ship from Baltimore, MD. Wrong Address: Orders will be shipped to the address provided on the invoice. Please check prior to submitting an order that the address is correct. We are not responsible for refunding or re-sending orders wherein the buyer provided the wrong address. If an order is successfully returned by the incorrect recipient, intact, the buyer may request a credit for the cost of the item or pay to have it shipped to the correct address. Processing Times: Most products are made to order. Due to this, we cannot guarantee any next day shipping. We try to have every product made and shipped within a reasonable amount of time of each purchase, sometimes sooner if possible: -Glass within 3-5 business days -Ceramics within 1-2 weeks If we are unable to meet this timeline, whether due to an abundance of orders or personal reasons, we apologize. We will notify you of any extensive delays or problems. Deadlines & Special Circumstances: If you require your product by a certain date, or sooner than what we offer, please contact us *BEFORE* placing an order so we may inform you if it is something we can accommodate or not. Always include a note (or message us directly) on any order that must arrive before a certain date, is intended as a gift, or needs any other special attention. We are not responsible for meeting any shipping requirements that exceed what we advertise or any delays caused directly by the mail carrier. We cannot guarantee any arrival dates for International Orders. ***Remember there are many holidays that delay mail services***

Refund & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. No refunds or returns, including custom orders. ***DAMAGES*** **Please inspect all items upon receipt. Damages MUST be reported within 2 days upon receiving your order.** Contact us via email with your order information and the following: -Name and order number -Photos of the damage. This must include the packaging the order arrived in, the items within the package, and the items once removed from packaging. Once we receive your information, we will send you a replacement or refund for the damaged item(s). A notification will be sent when a replacement is shipped. If we feel the shipper mishandled the package, a claim may be filed. The shipper may contact you to verify the claim/damage. **Damages MUST be reported within 2 days upon receiving your order.** We will not issue any sort of refund/credit or replacement if damage is not reported within this timeframe. If there is any issue with your order, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Please be as detailed as possible about any issues.
