Payment Policy

Payment is required at time of purchase. Custom orders must be paid in advance.

Shipping Policy

Orders normally ship within 3-5 business days. If there is delay, we will contact you. All orders ship USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise indicated. If you prefer a different method, please contact us before ordering. FYI there may be an additional charge. If item is lost or damaged during shipment, please contact us. We will contact USPS for details on replacement.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days. Buyer pays for return shipping. If the item is defective or damaged, please send us a picture of the damage for refund or complimentary replacement. No refunds on custom orders unless item is defective or damaged.

Other Policies

Apple Valley Farm is a family-owned business, and we hold our Christin values very dearly. We respectfully will not create any item that is in conflict with those values or beliefs. Thank you for understanding.
