Payment Policy
We require that all payments be paid during checkout. As of now, we accept payment by credit card, and PayPal.
Shipping Policy
When Will My Order Ship? All orders are shipped out 1-2 weeks after your purchase date. Please note, this time frame may change on certain custom orders. Please note - All shipping fees in our shop cover postage, shipping supplies and include a small fee for handling. Due to the sizes of our signs, we are typically not able to use flat rate shipping boxes. Damaged/Lost Items Anchored in Faith is are not responsible for lost and/or damaged items or delivery times once taken to the post office.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds & Exchanges Please let us know if you have any concerns or are not satisfied with your purchase. Refunds on regular items will be handled on a case by case basis. Unfortunately, custom orders cannot be refunded. We are able to exchange or refund your money (minus initial shipping costs & return shipping costs) up to 14 days after you have received your order. (We do not accept returns on custom orders). You will be responsible for returning orders in their original condition as well as return shipping costs. If you return an item, your money will be refunded as soon as we receive the item. Damaged Signs - We are not responsible for lost and/or damaged items or delivery times once taken to the post office. IMPORTANT - Please keep in mind that every computer monitor displays color a bit differently, so the colors you see on your computer screen may vary a little bit from the product you receive.
