Our Shine Boxes are hand crafted, one at a time. "Shipping time" is the time in transit after your box is built in our shop - which typically takes 1-2 weeks. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Shipping charges are based upon the shipment option you select at Checkout. The following shipping options are available - not all shipping methods are available in all geographic areas, see www.usps.com for details: USPS Standard Post (2 to 8 Business Days) - Orders are typically delivered within 2-8 business days for Standard service. Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary. - Delivery to some remote addresses may require up to 2 additional days. USPS Priority Mail (1 to 3 Business Days) - Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days after they are shipped. - Some locations in Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas may require additional transit time. Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase unless otherwise noted.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We want to ensure your complete satisfaction and will happily accept returns in accordance with the following Return Policy: Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items: To obtain a refund, the item must be returned to us, unopened (unless the item was received by you in a defective or damaged condition) and in its original packaging, with all accessories, within 14 days. You must also follow the Return Procedures specified below. To Return an Item: - All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized by American Shine Co. - Returns and exchanges are not accepted on custom orders. -Securely pack the item(s) you are returning and include a copy of your original packing slip in an appropriately sized box. - All shipping charges are paid by customer.
