Alan is no beginner in light hobby woodworking. In his high school years 1960 70’s worked after school hours. At his parents home woodworking shop. Then was (Country Pine Shop) which made wooden planters, supplying the florist shops in New England. Now in Alan’s retirement years following a server stroke and rehabilitation time. Alan now passes his time in his at home workshop continuing with his parents past business. Of the floral interest and ideas. With Alan’s interest in drawing and painting along with light woodworking, and crafts now has combined it all. Alswoodenwhims is the idea of making wooden planter boxes with the animal theme.
