We believe in the fair treatment of all individuals. Shipping policies are pretty straightforward. We don't make any money on shipping- customers are charged what the USPS charges us. If you have a concern, just let us know- you will have an answer in less than 24 hours. (Most of the time less than 1-2 hours, but legally we can't guarantee that. :-) Customization is available, e.g. adding a birthstone, on nearly all products. Customization can be scary- but don't worry with us. We will send photos before anything is finalized. Professionally managed by the company which handles Amazon's credit card merchant system. Feel secure in using your MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Amazon Payments, etc. All information is encrypted. We do not collect, store, or see your payment information.

Shipping Policy

Orders $35+ receive free USPS Standard Shipping 4-8 days. Priority shipping USPS $7.90 (flat rate box) 3-5 days. Orders usually take 1-2 business days. I follow the ancient traditions to create, cleanse, earth ground, and meditation charge my jewelry.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns When working with unusual and unique stones, created by nature, guarantees that there will be variations in color, shape, and size of stones which may, or may not, be totally visible when viewing the piece on the internet. In addition, variations in color due to lighting, monitor settings, contrast, tint, can occur due to the various methods of media device used. E.g. smart phone, tablet, laptop, desktop computer, etc. Jewelry needs to be handled and stored carefully and we cannot be responsible for damage that occurs due to circumstances beyond our control. We love our products and create them with Reiki practices by a Certified Reiki Practitioner. We will be happy to repair (restring) and restore any piece, providing that all of the original stones are returned or, if some are lost, the purchaser agrees to our recreating the design with additional stones or silver at the customer's expense. There will be a minimum $25.00 charge plus shipping and insurance, for all repairs. Other Policies

We sell Natural Stones and Crystals. No two crystals in the world are exactly alike. Your jewelry will vary from the photos, but will be substantially what you see. Smaller sizes, e.g. wrist sizes-bracelets, will have some stone omitted. Larger sizes will have some added. This will not affect the holistic energies of the bracelets.
