Album Options's Policies

Introduction

Welcome to Album Options Etsy Shop! Choices are plentiful with five album collections to choose from, including custom albums made from your photo! You may opt for either traditional scrapbook pages or simple easy to use pocket pages, both are archival quality. All custom albums made using your photo will include a proof before production. If you have any requests please include at the time of purchase.

Shipping Policy

Albums will be made and shipped with the "estimated "ship date that is listed on the item description, your receipt and order confirmation. If you need your item quicker, please add the Rush and/or Express shipping options. All orders are shipped insured via ground transportation, a tracking number will be provided. NOTE: We ship to your Order Receipt address. Shipping Cost: One album packaged will be in a box 15x15x4 and will weigh about 5lbs. We ship from a USA zip code 33478 and will add insurance to your package to cover your cost. Your shipping fees are less than actual costs. If you choose USPS Express shipping, please note that this does not include the time to make your album. This means instead of an average of 5-7 business day transit time it will be 1-2 Business Days transit time. USPS Express does not guarantee a delivery date, this is just their estimate. We do offer a Rush Production that can be applied to your order in addition to Express shipping for the absolute fastest turnaround, our normal lead time of 7-10 business day is not guaranteed, it's a close approximate date so if you absolutely have a date in mind that you need it for please contact me or add the Rush and/or Express shipping upon checkout. International Shipping - USPS International Priority mail is estimated to take 6 - 10 business days for delivery. International Express is approximately 3-5 business days not counting the day it ships. Should item not arrive during this time an Investigation will be placed on the item after the 45th business day. Any lost international shipment can take up to 120 days to be investigated and refunded by USPS. NO shipment has a guaranteed delivery date unless you contact us and pay for a guaranteed delivery service. We have no control on how long your item will take to clear customs and can't guarantee times, these are only average estimated ship times. PLEASE be aware of your country's taxes , duties and any surcharges you will be responsible for when receiving merchandise shipped from the United States. Please contact your Post Office for further information on receiving international parcels. Album Options will not replace or refund any shipped order until the shipping investigation is finalized and completed by the carrier. Shipping costs for unclaimed parcels and carrier marked delivered parcels will not be refunded. If you live in a an unsecured area where parcels would be visible to the public we suggest you upgrade to a "signature required " delivery and let us know prior to shipping.

Refund & Exchange Policy

We take great pride and pay attention to every detail in making your album but...if for any reason you are not happy with your album, please contact me within 2 business days after receiving it so we can resolve any issues and or issue a Return Authorization Number. Custom Albums from your photo and other custom personalized allbums are non-refundable unless of course it was my mistake, all other general albums without any personalization can be refunded if returned within 5 days in their original perfect condition. Please pack item with care as used packing material can damage the item during shipping. Return shipping costs and insurance are your responsibility and refunds will be made upon inspection of album. A 20% restocking fee will be retained. Album Options is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or old shipping addresses provided with order. In the unlikely event we need to process a damage claim, we will need a few photos of the shipping box at all angles and the actual product damage to process the claim. CUSTOM ALBUMS: You will receive detailed instructions with photo requirements upon purchase. It's pretty simple, I basically just need your high resolution photo straight from your camera but if you're unsure don't worry I'll guide you. The link to upload your highest resolution images can be found here on the Contact us button on your Etsy Receipt. otherwise known as convo. IMPRINTED ALBUMS: All graphics are imprinted approximately 2.25 " tall in proportional widths. Foil imprinting is considered permanent. We foil imprint in either gold or silver foil. Standard placement for text and graphics is the upper third of the album cover. Proofs are available upon request but will be digital. Imprinting results will depend so the detail of the graphic, fonts used and texture of the book covering material. Foil Imprinting is not he same as ink coverage. WHOLESALE: Contact me if you are interested in a wholesale account for your retail store, online store or fund raising projects. BINDERY HOURS: Our bindery is operated Monday - Friday 9-5 EST.
