All jewelry ships USPS mail (with delivery confirmation for USA addresses). In most cases I can ship the next 1-3 business days, after payment is received. If for some reason I can't ship in this time frame, I will send you an alert. If you need your order sooner or prefer a different postal service, please contact me firstname.lastname@example.org about upgrading, so I can quote you the correct postage rate. If you live in Phoenix area, you can schedule a pick-up: in this case you will not pay shipping fee. International buyers are welcome! Email me about shipping email@example.com . The buyer is responsible for customs fees. • If there are any problems with your item(s), please contact me first so the problem may be rectified. • Item(s) may be returned within 10 days of purchase (please email me before sending) for a refund. • Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
