Payment Policy

Payments must clear within 2-3 business days. If the payment doesn’t clear, I will cancel the order. If you decide to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible (within 48 hours) so I can get onto giving you a refund. Also let me know why you have decided to cancel your order (namely if it has anything to do with my product or not).

Shipping Policy

I only ship within the continental USA, and will typically ship via USPS. I will ship my products out within a couple of business days and will provide a tracking number accordingly. I am not responsible for shipping delays, due to weather or other circumstances out of my control.

Refund & Exchange Policy

I do my best to provide custom products that will work for all of my customers. If you find yourself not happy with my product, I prefer you contact me so we can figure out a solution that will allow you to hopefully enjoy your product still. My hope is that a refund is the last resort.
