THE PROCESS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS The making of the items in my shop include multiple hammers and a single stamp for each impression. Due to the process of making of each piece returns and refunds are not excepted on personalized items unless there is a mistake on my end with the spelling.

PERSONALIZATION Personalization is easy at with the provided personalization box at checkout, and the instructions above the box to do so. Instructions should also be available in the listings that provide personalization To avoid any delays in the making of your purchase, please make sure all spelling is correct with desired capitalization and placement of names on each disc, and whether you would like a dot, heart, or no dot separating the names. If you have any questions about personalization please feel free to contact me, I am very happy to help. CUSTOM ORDERS: Like a design, but want a different stamping than pictured, or have something else in mind? I love custom orders, so please convo me, and together we can create the perfect gift! Although I work extremely hard to get items shipped in a timely manner, once the order is shipped, there is no guarantee that anything will be scanned or delivered in the time anticipated. If this is an issue you are experiencing, please call your local Post Office, as they will have more information on your order. Please know that I am not responsible for lost or missing packages. Once an item has been shipped it is in the USPS hands, and I do not have any control over their handling. Please check to make sure your address is correct to avoid any other shipping issues.
