Here you will find my store policies which detail how business will be conducted at Aethereality Handmade.

Payment Policy

I accept PayPal as my payment method. PayPal Balance and Credit/Debit card are my preferred methods of payment, but I will accept an eCheck through PayPal as well. If you choose to pay via eCheck, there will be a 10 business day hold period while I wait for your eCheck to clear through. Items ordered will be sent after the eCheck clears. If the eCheck has not cleared within 10 business days, I will cancel your order and if the eCheck clears after the order is cancelled, I will refund your payment.

Shipping Policy

I use USPS Priority Flat Rate mail to ship my items. The difference between a single item and multiple items will be the amount needed to upgrade to the next size box. Please note that I will refund any major overages on shipping (for example, you purchase 3 items and I can fit all 3 into one medium flat rate box - I will refund the 3rd item's shipping cost to you).

Refund & Exchange Policy

I gladly accept returns and exchanges Contact me within: 14 days of delivery Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery I don't accept cancellations But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders Perishable products (like food or flowers) Digital downloads Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
