Payment is required before items ship.
Items will ship within 1 business day once payment is received. We take extra care when shipping out orders. All jewelry comes in a gift box that is placed inside of a secure bubble mailer for shipping. Unless otherwise specified, multiple items may be consolidated into the same box to minimize the amount of packaging materials necessary. ► RUSH ORDERS: If you need your order rushed, please make sure to contact us so that we can rush shipping appropriately. If arrangements cannot be made in the desired time frame with USPS, we will contact you to discuss shipping options. ► Domestic US Shipping: Shipping is free for all of our US orders and shipped via USPS within 1-2 days after the order is placed. ► INTERNATIONAL Shipping: We welcome international orders, and ship via USPS First-Class Package International. Exceptions will be countries with packaging restrictions due to the risk of large fines. For these cases, the order will be cancelled. We apologize in advance if we cannot ship to your location. We are not authorized to collect international customs fees, taxes, or value-added tax (VAT) fees. These are the sole responsibility of the customer, and are based on the laws of the particular non-US country/region. All international orders will be marked as “merchandise” upon shipping and declared at the full purchase value, including gift items as the purchase price is required for customs forms/shipping labels. Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns. Contact us within: 3 days of delivery. Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery. We don't accept exchanges or cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders, Perishable products (like food or flowers), Digital downloads, Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons), Items on sale ► Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please message us ASAP if you are not delighted with your purchase. We want you to enjoy your new jewelry &/or accessories, and will work with you to ensure that you do. If an item has been authorized for return, please securely package the item(s) in the original packaging materials and mail it back to us using the shipping label that we provide to you. Once the item(s) have been received and deemed to be in their original condition, the purchase price will be refunded to you.
► Custom and personalized orders: Custom orders are always welcome. We will work with you to create the perfect piece(s) that you are looking for! If you want a modified version of any of our existing pieces, feel free to ask :) Due to the personalized nature of custom jewelry, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom pieces. However, we want you to love the jewelry/accessories you purchase from us and are happy to work with you to make adjustments if you are not fully satisfied with your order. ► Damaged or lost/stolen items: Although it is unexpected, in the case of an item arriving damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to determine the best way to rectify the situation. We are not responsible for packages that become lost or stolen during shipping. Unfortunately, it is out of our control once a package has been shipped out. Though our packages are generally small enough to fit in most mailboxes, certain large orders may be placed in a box for shipment. If package theft is common at your residence or shipping location, we strongly recommend having your order shipped to a secure address.
