Thank you for visiting Zimmermann Crafts. We look forward to building that special hardwood product for you and appreciate your support of the handmade industry. We want to ensure an satisfying experience, please read over our policies before purchasing! * All items are custom made especially for you (Please allow a 1-2 WEEK LEAD TIME unless otherwise noted). This allows us to take your requests and customize your orders to your specifications. * All ORDERS ARE SHIPPED TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED * All correspondence must be through our "Notes to seller". * If you need to update an order you have one day to notify us. * Please purchase a separate listing for each shipping address, we do not combine shipping, we will contact you for the required payment and it will hold up your order. * All orders are shipped using USPS Priority mail for domestic shipping. Upgraded shipping (i.e. tracking, insurance, gift wrapping, etc.) are available for additional charges. * Please contact us for a price quote on international shipping Feel Free to contact us with any questions.
We accept PAYPAL and Credit Cards You DO NOT need to have a Paypal account to use the system to pay with a credit card or e-check. Paypal acts as the credit card processor for all orders. Be sure to follow the link in your order through to the Paypal site to complete your transaction...your order is not complete until then. You will receive an email from Paypal confirming your payment has been made.
Please double check to make sure your shipping information on aftcra is correct *Unless otherwise noted, we ship USPS. Upgraded shipping (i.e. FedEx, UPS, etc.) is available for an additional charge. *Items usually take 2 weeks to process and USPS averages about 3-5 days for delivery *If your order is returned to us, we will happily send it again, but will need to charge for the extra shipping. *We do not send out tracking information directly, you will receive tracking through your PayPal email. *Custom orders will be shipped based on a timeline that we can discuss at the time of the order. *International shipping is sent via International USPS First Class International. Please note that we are happy to quote a shipping price if necessary. *Upgraded international shipping and insurance are available by request. The customer is responsible for the extra shipping fees.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and offer the following terms. We are NOT responsible for lost (via post) or broken items. This is why we do offer to upgrade shipping to include insurance. We will review the situation as needed and send out replacements as necessary. If your item is damaged, please contact us as most items can be repaired if damaged. Refund will be ONLY on a case by case basis if the item is absolutely unused and only once it has been received back. Sale items and custom orders are FINAL SALE as each item is custom made for you. Sorry, No exceptions. Refunds will be sent by PAYPAL A purchase means you have agreed to these terms, thanks!
