Introduction

At Winfrey Designs, we value our customers and want your experience to be amazing! If you ever have a question or problem with your order, please contact us right away and we will make it right!

Payment Policy

Payment in full through Paypal is required for each purchase. Everything in our shop is made to order, so payment must be made prior to any design work or production.

Shipping Policy

We use USPS Priority Mail for all of our items. Once your item has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number for your purchase. We cannot be responsible for wrong addresses that are provided to us. Please make sure to check your address and update it as needed.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our business, customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the problem was an error on our part. We cannot refund or exchange items if the information the customer has provided is incorrect.

Other Policies

Each listing is for one piece of wall art (unless otherwise specified), in the size & design specified above. The signs depicted in the photos have already been sold, so you will receive a similar sign, in the colors shown, unless requested otherwise. The saying, font & design will be the same. But because each wood plank has different character (knots, cracks, holes, grain, etc) and each sign is hand stained, painted or distressed, your sign may not be identical to the one pictured. Sizes are approximate, up to 1".
