Customer service is priority one to me. Anytime you need help or have a problem, please contact me right away. I will do everything possible to make your shopping experience in my store pleasant.
Payment Policy
I accept payment through PayPal. Please make sure your address matches your PayPal account and Aftcra.
Shipping Policy
Generally I ship 1-2 days after payment is received. Your item will come to you in a small box or sealed bag in a mailing envelope or flat rate shipping box depending on how much you purchase. If you need your item alot quicker, I can purchase Priority Mail for you.
Refund & Exchange Policy
I want you to be super happy with your purchase. If there is any problem with your item please contact me first before leaving feedback. We will work together =) If you are not pleased, send the item back within 7 days from our convo, and I will issue a refund through Pay-Pal once I receive the item in it's original condition. If you are unhappy and need to return an item, please do so with tracking. Contact me with the tracking numbers. It will protect us both! If you receive a broken item, please contact me immediately! Keep all packaging and broken items. I will need photos of all packaging and broken items to send along to the Post Office for their investigation.
