Payment Policy
Paypal Only, 50% non refundable deposit required for custom orders.
Shipping Policy
Items ready to ship will be processed within 48 hours of receiving payment Monday-Saturday. Custom items will be communicated thru their production process so the customer will have a timeline of every step of the process up until shipment. Please expect 7-14 days on custom items depending on the que position as custom orders will be done in order received, as long as nothing outside my control doesn't force other wise (materiel availability for example).
Refund & Exchange Policy
Refund is only given with upon return of item, buyer responsible fore return shipping expense. Refund is not available for extensively customize items, or items made to fit the buyer directly. Due to the nature of custom goods, exchange may not be possible although I will do everything within my abilities to ensure the best customer experience. Shipping damage or loss will be covered by shipper insurance policy as specificed by shipper used (normally this will be USPS flat rate depending on item size), insurance appropriate to the item value.
