Virtuous Prom's Policies
In cases where payments are made for a dress or dresses, the second (final) payment must be made within 30 days of the down payment. if payment is not received within 30 days, the deposit is forfeited. Dresses do not ship until final payment is made. Payment plan must be discussed and agreed upon before purchase.
Most dresses ship within three weeks, but we're happy to accommodate tighter deadlines whenever possible!
Refund & Exchange Policy
If you wish to cancel a custom order (whether customized to a particular style or size), a 75% refund will be given within 24 hours from the time of purchase, and 50% will be refunded within 48 hours. After 48 hours no refund can be given. Alterations are not provided for dresses in which the buyer's measurements have changed substantially or incorrect measurements were originally submitted.
We often get asked for pictures of dresses as they're being made. We appreciate that you're excited about your dress and we are too! Unfortunately, we are not able to provide photographs as we're making them. We're very busy in our day to day and the process of making dresses is often messy and unsightly. It's a bit like asking to see photos of plastic surgery in progress! What you see in progress is not the end product. Thank you for your understanding and trust as we forge on in the creative process to make your gorgeous gown!
