Upgrade Custom Art and Handicrafts's Policies
Upgrade Custom Art and Handicrafts specializes in creating custom hand-painted art on glass, as well as handmade and hand-painted items. We give our customers the ability to bring their creative and unique ideas to life with options to customize and personalize MOST of our items. Our items range from paintings on glass to doorstops and paperweights. We also pride ourselves on recycling, upcycling and using reclaimed and antique pieces in some of our creations.
Upgrade Custom Art and Handicrafts accept all major credit cards and payments through Paypal and Cashapp. We do not accept checks or money orders at this time. For assistance with your payment or questions about payments accepted, please inquire via email: firstname.lastname@example.org. For all personalized and custom items, a deposit of 50% of the item cost is due at time of purchase. Full payment is expected within 24 hrs. of item completion and shipping confirmation. Items WITHOUT customization or personalization will only be held for 48 hrs. For all customers who do not have a Paypal account and want to pay with Paypal please follow these instructions: 1) Choose the "Paypal" option during checkout. 2) Submit order 3 )Click the "pay now" button 4) Scroll down to the option to pay with credit card or debt card without having to sign up for Paypal. 5) Complete transaction.
All items will be shipped via UPS or USPS unless otherwise specified. Most products will ship in approx. 2-3 business days from date of purchase. This may vary due to current workload at time of order placement. If purchasing multiple items shipping could be combined. If items are needed sooner, please specify in the section for custom orders and we will do everything to expedite them as soon as possible. If incorrect address is given, depending on the service used for shipping, we MAY be able to re-route your package. There will be a fee charged to you in order to do this ( fee is charged by carrier, not Upgrade Custom Art and Handicrafts). If your package is delivered to the address, we can attempt to contact persons there and have it forwarded. Sometimes the package is returned and we can then work out arrangements to have it sent to the correct address. Customer is responsible for return shipping to Upgrade Custom Art and postage to send item to correct address.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Because items are hand and custom made, except in special circumstances, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Please be sure to triple-check all information being used for shipping, custom and/or personalized orders. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify items that have been completed with incorrect information. In these cases, we are able to offer 25% off of a replacement if you would like to correct the mistake. Please contact us via email to receive an active coupon code to receive the discount.
