I do most of my shopping online (other than my craft supplies) and I know that items can get mixed up, misplaced, lost or stolen, show up broken or not the right item at all. I'm easy to work with. Just, let me know as soon as you can so we can figure out a solution to the problem.

Shipping Policy

Items will typically ship within 1-2 business days. Shipping is paid for by buyer. You will be notified with a tracking number. Custom orders may take longer, depending on the item. That will be discussed at the time of the order.

Refund & Exchange Policy

I guarantee the authenticity and structure of all my pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your handmade purchase, I will gladly refund your money for up to seven (7) days from the items arrival date. You must pay for return shipping, unless otherwise specified. Free shipping and handling for all items that arrive broken or without pieces. I will gladly return and/or exchange any item in this condition.

Other Policies

I understand our delivery systems can be rough on our packages. I also understand that accident purchases can happen as well. If you feel you've received the wrong item, please let me know ASAP and I will rectify the situation. I do my best to use superior adhesives and craft products, but accidents can happen during the shipment. Just let me know the situation and we can work something out.
