Hello, and thank you for stopping by my shop, Twisted! I specialize in wire wrapped jewelry made with unique stones and beads in a variety of metals including copper and sterling silver. My designs are sturdy and all non-precious metals are coated with Vintaj metal sealant to ensure you get the highest quality jewelry possible that will last for many years. I favor steampunk/industrial, nature, fantasy and modern jewelry styles. My goal is to make people happy. Nothing is better than a smile!

Payment Policy

I accept paypal and credit cards. If you need to send a money order please contact me and I will give you my address. No personal checks, sorry.

Shipping Policy

I ship within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment. Many times I can ship in 24 hours, but I feel more comfortable saying 48 hours just in case something comes up and I am a little delayed. All jewelry is shipped in a padded envelope with additional bubble wrap or some type of padding, such as tissue paper or packing paper. So far, I have never had an issue with an item being damaged. I include a free gift bag, which I encourage customers to store their jewelry in.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds and exchanges may be made within the first seven days after receiving the purchase. It will be the buyers responsibility to pay for return shipping unless the item is damaged during delivery. I post pictures and item details so the buyer can see exactly what they are getting. I encourage everyone to ask questions if you are unclear about an item.

I really do strive to make the customer happy. I also buy from different websites, and nothing is better than a smooth transaction and getting a product that I am thrilled with.
