It is finished off with a graceful ivory satin bow and a pearl and rhinestone embellishment. The matching toss garter is made from 7/8" ivory satin with a tiny silver bow. I carefully handcraft each garter especially for you. Garters are usually worn 4-6 inches above the knee. Toss garters are usually worn below the keepsake garter.
