Introduction

Welcome to Tipi Time Designs! We hope you enjoy our work as much as we enjoyed making it!

Payment Policy

Payment must be made in full before the item ships. If payment is not received within 3 days of the order, we will attempt to contact the buyer and figure things out. If we do not receive a response in an additional 3 days, we will cancel the order and re-list the item.

Shipping Policy

We are currently able to ship only within the U.S. Items will ship within 1-3 days of the order being received unless otherwise specified in the listing (i.e. if it's made to order).

Refund & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), please contact us as soon as possible, within 3 days of receiving the item. We are happy to work with you to resolve the issue. Refunds and exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the buyer will be responsible for return shipping cost. All custom orders are final.
