Payment Policy

TinLizzieDesign accepts payments through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal: You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account. Packages will NOT be sent until the payment has been received. Customers are obliged to pay within three days of placing the order. TinLizzieDesign will provide you with one additional day (that's four days total). If payment has not been received on the fourth day, the transaction will be cancelled. If you are having issues with PayPal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will work with you to accommodate your needs.

Shipping Policy

RECOMMENDED LAST SHIPPING DATES FOR CHRISTMAS 2014 USA, Canada - 18th December* Within Europe - 10th December* Please note that made to order items have a longer turnaround time. Please order early to avoid disappointment. If you have any questions about length of time before shipping of any custom item, please convo me. *Please note that these dates are RECOMMENDATIONS only, based on our experience of shipping during the holiday season. For shipping outside of the United States there can be extensive customs delays that I have no control over. These delays do not happen often, but they can happen. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If your order is a gift going directly to the recipient, I can include a personal message card from you for no extra charge. If you would like this service please let me know what you would like me to write (to fit on a postcard) in the "Note to TinLizzieDesign" during checkout. FREE gift wrapping is available on all orders. Please select the wrapping option during checkout for this service. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- All orders will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of payment. All packages will be sent via USPS. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn't happen often, but it can happen. All orders are sent via standard mail, unless noted otherwise. Notify the seller prior to making the purchase, if priority or first class mail is preferred. If the shipping address is different from the address provided through aftcra or PayPal, please contact the seller prior to payment. If the Aftcra and PayPal addresses are different, and no special instruction has been provided, TinLizzieDesign will send the order to the address provided through Aftcra.

Refund & Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 5 days days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. All items have shipping insurance, so if the package arrives damaged, you can choose to have the item remade, or reimbursed.
