Your payment is due at the time of purchase. Please pay within 72 hours of your purchase so that your items are not relisted or canceled.
I do all my shippings at the end of the week, Friday and Saturday. If you are ordering on a Saturday/Sunday/Monday and need the item to be immediately shipped, please drop a note to my inbox. I will certainly mail them to you at the earliest. Larger and custom orders will take more time. Please contact me to discuss current turn around time. International customers can expect to receive their orders in 1-2 weeks, depending on customs. Sometimes, it may take up to 28 days. If you require online tracking please inform me prior to purchase. Packages are personally delivered to the Post Office and all efforts will have been made for a safe and speedy delivery. However, please understand I cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once they have left my hands, it is beyond my control to take care of them.
Refund & Exchange Policy
I generally do not refund or exchange any item, but in certain circumstances I will make exceptions. All customers are important to me and I want to make sure that each of you are happy with the purchase. If there is anything wrong with the product, please let me know right away.
I would appreciate any custom order, but cannot make promises to deliver them. All custom orders are constrained to availability of the materials required to make them. Please communicate with me about your requirement (the number of identical items, change in color or size of the primary beads, change in color of the accent beads), and I will try my best to fulfill them.
