Payment can be made through Paypal. On large custom orders, I may require a deposit of 50% before work is started.
Your purchase is carefully and thoughtfully packaged and mailed to you by USPS first class shipping. If you'd like your purchase shipped by another method, please contact me prior to purchasing to make sure I can accomidate your request.
Refund & Exchange Policy
I want you to be happy with your purchase! Please contact me if you are unhappy for any reason. Returns and refunds will be handled and considered on an individual basis. If there are any problems with your order, contact me within five days of receipt so that we can resolve the issue. If you would like to add insurance to a package, please contact me at the time of purchase. I create all my items with care and attention to detail, and I will not ship a piece if I am not happy with it. Photos accurately depict the pieces for sale. I take great pride in creating handmade items and believe you will love them too. As a custom piece is being created, photos can be emailed for your input.
