Payment Policy

Payments must clear within 7 business days. If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order, kindly inform us within 48 hours and we will refund your money.

Shipping Policy

Preferred Shipping Provider: USPS First Class Mail - Shipping can occur Monday - Saturday. Payment must be cleared prior to shipping. No exceptions. Product Turnaround: Products take an expected 7 days to create. Once they are created they will be shipped out. The entire process takes approximately 10-14 business days. Rush Product Options: If you would like to receive any of my products sooner than the 10-14 day lead time period, please email me at Rush orders cannot be guaranteed, but depending on current work load, we will see what we can accommodate. Rush orders will also have an additional $2.00 charge

Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds and exchanges will ONLY be processed within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please Note: Refunds will NOT be given for custom creations. Please see below for the custom creations policy. **Items must be returned in their original condition in order for a refund or exchange to be processed, less shipping. In the unlikely case that damage occurs during shipment, please return the entire package in order to receive a full refund or process an exchange. If damage occurs during delivery, I will be happy to try and attempt to recreate the original piece. However, many of my pieces are one of a kind and recreating may not be possible.

Other Policies

Custom Creations Policy: - If you are interested in a custom order, please contact me as I love hearing new suggestions! Here's the way I handle custom creations: - I will speak with the customer about what type of creation they would like and the colors they would like and if I'm able to fulfill the request. - I will send a photo of the colors and get approval before beginning - Once item is finished I will send a photo to check for approval. Customer is permitted ONE edit during this time. - After the edit is complete, the item will be sent. - Due to this process, refunds and exchanges are NOT permitted for custom orders. FAQ: How to clean amigurumi items: I recommend spot cleaning and/or hand washing to ensure the longevity of your item.
