The Silver Way's Policies
I try to keep policies simple, for your sake and mine, generally I only take PayPal, I ship USPS, and I only sell items that I have already made. While I am always open to hearing from my customers I generally do not do custom orders, the nature of my disability makes deadlines problematic. Feel free to ask just understand if I can not.
I ship USPS unless there is no option to. I will ship the Monday following the payment clearing PayPal into my account. I will contact you with the shipping information the Tuesday after I have shipped it. I will also contact you if shipping is delayed for any reason.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Items damaged in shipping will be refunded when returned, at my expense. I do my best to provide accurate description in the listing. If you feel something is incorrect or not what you wanted feel free to contact me and we will discuss a solution.
IMPORTANT I DO HAVE PETS, the whole spectrum, so if allergies are a problem for you please let me know, all of my fiber products can be washed and I will happily wash and wrap your item before boxing to minimize your exposure. Do know if an order comes in late in the week the washing process may delay shipping, I will do my best to minimize that, making a special trip to the post office if I can, but that will not always be possible.
