Payments accepted via PayPal
All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First Class depending on your type of purchase. Once payments have been processed. All Items are made to order therefore depending on size of your order please allow 3 to 5 days for order to be completed. Orders will then be shipped Monday thru Friday. Excluding holidays and weekends. All purchases are shipped to the address that is in PayPal or checkout. It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address is correct prior to purchasing. I can not be held responsible for damage items once shipped. Once an Item Is shipped I am not responsible if stolen or if items are not received on time due to holidays or post office delay. Due to International shipping costs I will not accept overseas sales.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds and Exchanges The Pretty Plum strives for customer satisfaction! Please contact The Pretty Plum before returning/exchanging your item. Return or exchange inquiries must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item PER Aftcra Convo and the item must be sent back within one week. You may mail it back for a refund of the purchase price (less shipping). The item must arrive in its original condition. Free of any kind of wear or scent. There are no refunds for buyer’s remorse. This includes not wanting the item anymore, found something else, etc.
