Shipping Policy
Free delivery in western Chicago suburbs within 30 min of 60181 Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We support the USPS, and delivery is available to the continental United States through flat rate shipping. This ensures a timely, safe and insured package for the least cost to you. Please message for custom options or deliveries outside the lower 48 states
Refund & Exchange Policy
We typically replace broken items rather than refund sales. Buyer is responsible for providing photos of any damaged mushrooms, and replacements will be sent as quickly as possible
Other Policies
Custom color requests welcome! Orders of 100 or more mushrooms may take up to three weeks for completion and mailing. For orders over 500 this may be extended
