If you feel the need to return your item please notify me of your reason for return within 5 days from the date you receive your order so we can arrange the details. Returned jewelry items must be unworn and undamaged. Returned miniature items must be clean and odor free. All items are to be returned to me in their original packaging and box in order to receive a refund (excluding shipping). Returns are to be sent back to me with a delivery confirmation. Please note that I cannot issue a refund or exchange for items that are lost or damaged in transit. ♥ REPAIRS ♥ In the unlikely event that my jewelry workmanship fails, I will gladly repair your item for up to 6 months from purchase. You will only be responsible for the cost to ship it to me. Please note that I will not be responsible to repair an item that was totally destroyed or abused. ♥ LOSS/DAMAGE/WEAR ♥ Once you receive your item, I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged merchandise. Jewelry will tarnish over time from everyday use! Jewelry that develops signs of tarnish or wear is not returnable, refundable, replaceable or repairable. All plated materials are not solid precious metals and are susceptible to oxidation.
