The Cerulean Kitten's Policies
Customer service is monumentally important to me, and I try to ensure that all of y policies reflect this value. My payment, shipping, refund, and other policies can be found detailed on the titled section of this page. If you have any questions about listed products, a product you have purchased, or an already sold product that you are interested in, please, do not hesitate to contact me. TheCeruleanKitten accepts credit and debit cards, in addition to PayPal payments. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit or debit card, though all payments will be processed through PayPal. Every payment is to be made in full. Payments are expected at the time of purchase. Any major delay in payment might delay your order, or worse (!), cancel it.
Unless marked, all items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of your purchase. Items that specifically mention a shipping timeline will deviate from this norm. Commissioned pieces will also require whatever time was agreed upon. I ship in well padded bubble mailers, with each individual piece also being wrapped before shipping. I ship through both the USPS and UPS, and will provide a tracking number when possible. Shipping is available Monday-Saturday. Payment must be cleared before any order ships.
Refund & Exchange Policy
All items will be eligible for refund if serious damage or defect can be documented through images on arrival. This is not because I do not trust you, fabulous customer, it is so that I can protect myself and my shop and make sure that whatever happened to your product will not happen to you or anyone else again. Refunds must be requested within 2 weeks of confirmed package delivery. I require pictures at the time of request. Any value lost in the mail (as in you have contacted me about not receiving your order, and I have not received an order delivery confirmation) will be refunded to the purchaser.
I am entirely willing to take custom orders, but require a conversation with the buyer beforehand to ensure that all requests can be met. I would hate to agree upon a piece and suddenly have to deny you because I did not ensure it's feasibility. I do not sell wholesale** **However multiple items of the same kind can be requested for gift distribution, parties, or whatever situation you find yourself in. This must be requested as a custom order.
