Payment Policy

Taye Made Design offers PayPal and Direct Checkout. If payment is not received after 3 business days, I will have to cancel the order on the 4th business day. I will notify you before that time is up. I understand that life gets busy sometimes. I do charge sales tax on my items.

Shipping Policy

The current processing time is 1-3 business days once your payment is received and cleared. I strive to finish sizing and custom items before the 3 day mark. Please remember that Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. At this time, my shop does not offer rush delivery due to custom sizing options. Sorry for any inconvenience. I offer tracking on all of my packages. I will ship to the shipment address listed in the order confirmation. This includes Paypal addresses. Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the cost of the buyer. Please double check before you confirm your order so you can get your item as soon as possible.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Our shop accepts returns and exchanges within 5 business days of receiving the item. Once the 5 business days are up, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. I must be contacted within the 5 business days in order for your return/exchange to be accepted. Shipping time is not included in the 5 days. If I do not receive the item within 10 business days of the buyer contacting me, your return/exchange will be denied. You will not receive a refund until I receive the item in its original and clean condition. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges. This includes shipping the item back to me. If an exchange is desired, buyer is also responsible for shipping the new item back to your address. Most of our items cannot be resold due to hygienic reasons. If possible, measure person(s) before ordering to ensure a correct size is chosen. I always recommend getting a size bigger for babies and girls due to growth. If item is returned due to it not fitting properly, the new elastic may not be the same color due to supply. A substitute will be provided for you instead. Some of my items are one of a kind and I cannot make new flowers/embellishments. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at any time. Other Policies

If a size or finish is not selected at checkout, I will send my default. Cancellation requests can not be granted due to how I process my orders. Please check before you order. By purchasing from this shop, you agree to our policies.
