Welcome! Here on my Info/Policies page you will find lots of information on ordering personalized and custom products from Sunbird Way!
Due to the fact that most of my items are personalized I need to have payment before any of the personalization can begin. If there is going to be a delay due to material shipment etc.. I will let you know and we will establish a ship date from there. Once the product has been made and personalized for you there are no cancellations or returns.
I ship usps unless otherwise specified. I will ship both regular mail and priority flat rate depending on which is more cost effective. If you want you packaged rushed just let me know and we can establish a priority shipping rate for you. I will notify you when the shipment leaves. So few packages have ever ended up lost or destroyed in shipment so with that in mind, I DO NOT pay for insurance, or confirmation of receipt. If you would like either of these services please notify me when ordering and I will add these additional costs to your order. I love to ship all over the world! Contact me for more information.
Refund & Exchange Policy
I aim to please my customers with the best quality items. I will not send you an item that I myself would not want in my own wedding photos or give away as a gift to my loved ones. Since these are custom items I only allow refunds based on inaccuracies that are my fault. That's why it's best to have good communication! Please be sure to triple check your order details before purchasing. Once the product has been made and personalized for you there are no cancellations or returns. I am really hoping that you will be 100% satisfied with your product. If there is any reason that you are not satisfied please contact me, as soon as you can so we can work something out.
