We accept PayPal, and orders will be processed only after payment has cleared.

Shipping Policy

We ship patches first class USPS. We do not ship patches with insurance or tracking. If you want insurance or tracking please message us prior to purchase to make arrangements. Shirts, bags, and other larger items are also shipped through USPS as packages and automatically come with tracking and insurance up to $50. We are not responsible for damages, delays, or misdeliveries during the shipping process. Unfortunately, once we drop it off at the post office, it is quite literally out of our hands. Please note that first class mail may take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks depending on how far you are from me. (West Virginia). We do our best to ship within 1-3 days from purchase, Monday through Friday.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Items are as described in our listings. Custom orders will be filled per client specifications. That said, should you find reason to request a refund or exchange, each request will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
