Payment in full must via PayPal must be received before purchases will be shipped.
Shipping will be by USPS First Class mail, which includes tracking within the USA. I will be happy to add costs for shipping upgrades to USPS Priority, etc. if you like.
Refund & Exchange Policy
I appreciate the fact that customers purchase items sight unseen and that this is a leap of faith. If you are unhappy with your purchase please return it to me within 7 days of receiving it for a refund. Custom orders that I cannot resell will not be refunded--if there is a quality issue, I will work with you to resolve it.
