Payment Policy
PayPal: Please make sure your PayPal address is up to date. Buyer is responsible for shipments that have been misdirected due to incorrect address entry at checkout.
Shipping Policy
All domestic orders ship via USPS mail with a tracking number. Most orders arrive at destination within 2-3 days of being shipped. For international orders first class parcel service is used. A customs form number will be provided with tracking info.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We will make every effort to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you have any problems, please contact us. We accept returns if the item is damaged, defective, and/or different from what you ordered. In these circumstances, please contact us and return the item within 14 days after delivery and we will issue a full refund. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: In the event a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc, we will refund the cost of the item only if it has been un-opened and is in its original packaging. We will not refund shipping and handling costs. Refunds for lost packages will be issued 45 days after the shipping date, as recommended by the U.S. Postal Service.
