I ship out during normal business hours Monday-Friday, I don't up charge my shipping ever what you pay is exactly to the penny what it costs me to ship your item. I ship through Pirateship to give you the best rates available. I will always provide a tracking number with your shipping notice! I love being able to track my items and enjoy the peace of mind it provides both of us. Once your item has been picked up or dropped off it is out of my hands, I have zero control over what the carrier does or any delays they experience due to the massive amount of online ordering going on. Please remember everyone is doing their best to meet the current demands and give the same grace you yourself would want if you were the one in charge of delivering items.
Refund & Exchange Policy
*Non personalized or special order items* Refunds will be given on items that are returned to me in the same condition as they were sent out in, I take pictures of every single item I ship before I package it, as it is being carefully packaged and once the box is sealed and ready to ship. I send all packages using a tracking number and I require you to do the same for both of our peace of mind. Items that are damaged or stink will not be refunded! Buyer pays return shipping, if you send me an item that is damaged or stinks you will not be issued a refund and will be required to pay the shipping charges to have the item shipped back to you, please safe us both the headache and only return items in the same condition as you received them from me. You have 3 business days from the date of delivery to request a refund and have the item shipped back with a tracking number provided. *Personalized or special order items will not be refunded.*
