This necklace is one I made about 17 years ago when I was selling my handcrafts at a Farmer's Market in Riverside (it's been gone for years, sadly). It is all sterling, with a rustic patina added to match the druzy and gold colored cultured freshwater pearls.
Back in the day I had a rolling mill, and would run the sterling plate through it sandwiched between pieces of lace to imprint the pattern. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond my control, I had to sell off all my tools and equipment... sigh... This necklace has never been worn, I made a lot of jewelry over the years, and this has been stashed in the "some day I'll get back to it" box of goodies.
The chain is just over 20inches long. The pendant is freeform, 1 inch wide by 1 1/4 inch tall. 100% sterling, including clasp and chain and wire links.
