Welcome to SimplyPinkCreations. We offer a variety of products from custom designed lanyards and keychains to home decor. If you have any questions or would like to bundle, or special order items, please feel free to contact us and we will try our best to get back with you asap. Happy shopping!
All major credit cards are accepted. (I do not accept cash or checks) Cancellations. Items can be cancelled up to 48 hours after purchase assuming this is before shipment. I will not cancel orders that have already been shipped. Please take this into consideration before purchasing.
Carriers. All products are shipped through USPS. Shipping. Items are shipped out through First-Class mail, so they should be received in 1-3 business days. I usually ship out items by the next business day from a purchase. (Note: all items are made to order, so if you have a special order shipping my be delayed for up to 2 days.) Over-Night/Express shipping. At this time I am currently not able to offer overnight shipping. Tracking. Every purchase comes with a tracking number that will be emailed to you after the item has shipped. Please make sure the you verify the correct shipping address before your purchase. I will not be able re-ship items due to any mistakes that occur when filling out shipping information. I am not responsible for packages once the USPS shows it as "delivered". If this happens, the first thing I suggest doing is to check with family members and neighbors to see if someone else picked up the package for you and has forgotten to let you know. Many times this is the case and the package will surface. If not, you should contact your local post office to file an official "lost/stolen mail claim" with them.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds and Exchanges. I am not able to accept returns. No refunds will be issued for buyers remorse or lost, stolen, or damaged packages.. If there is a problem with your order please notify me so that we may work together to rectify the problem. I will make every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with every order. Exchanges. Sorry, I do not offer exchanges for any previous purchases.
