Payment Policy

We accept all payments through PayPal.We ask that you make your payment promptly so we can get your order processed and on it's way quickly.

Shipping Policy

Orders from within the US will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail (whichever is most cost-effective for your order) and will include Delivery Confirmation. Large orders may ship via an alternate carrier at our discretion.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Unused items are eligible for Return, Exchange, or Refund if you are unsatisfied in any way. Custom Orders are NOT eligible for Return, Exchange or Refund. Incorrect items or those with manufacturing defects/errors (including Custom Orders) will be replaced upon return and at no additional charge to the customer. Shipping and Handling charges are -not- refundable. Seller is not responsible for items damaged during installation or through misuse by the Buyer.
