Great for gifting and customization. If you would like a special charm, maybe initials or inspirational quotes, please message me so I can add in your personal touch! • Please read the important information below about shipping, refunds, exchanges, etc. If you need any help or have any questions please don't hesitate to ask! • Payment is due at checkout. • By the way, You DO NOT NEED a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal.
Your order will be processed within 1-3 days. • All items are carefully packed in a BUBBLE LINED ENVELOPE. The shipping price includes all packaging materials. • Shipping within the U.S. is by FIRST CLASS MAIL and can take up to 2 - 5 days and possibly as long as 7 days before it's delivered to you. SHIPPING PRICES ARE AS FOLLOWS: • United States = $2.68 flat rate (No additional charge per item and includes insurance in the U.S.) • Canada = $7.00 for one item + 1.00 per additional item • Everywhere Else = $9.00 for one item + .2.00 per additional item • Please VERIFY BEFORE YOU PURCHASE, that your mailing address through PayPal and/or Etsy is correct ... don't forget the condo or apartment number. Items are shipped to the address listed in the order confirmation. This includes PayPal addresses. Please make sure you have the correct address to avoid extra charge and/or time for reshipping. Costs of reshipping are buyers responsibility. • IF YOUR PURCHASE IS A GIFT and you would like it mailed to a different address please add a message in the "Note to Seller" at the time of purchase. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: • Delivery Confirmation: Included on shipments to Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Israel, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain and Switzerland via USPS First-Class Package International Service. • As I am new to shipping Internationally, I will REFUND OVERPAYMENT ON SHIPPING if greater than $1.00 and adjust shipping prices as necessary. • The CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE for any and all customs taxes, duties, or fees, should any be incurred. • Please keep in mind that I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for your package once it has reached your country's customs facilities. • I have no control over international shipping times due to customs delays, etc. Therefore, I CAN NOT GUARANTEE ARRIVAL TIMES since that is out of my control. • For CUSTOMS FEES INFORMATION: Copy and paste this link into your web browser: http://www.dutycalculator.com/new-import-duty-and-tax-calculation • Most international orders arrive in about 2 WEEKS, but some can take much longer. • You will receive a CUSTOMS NUMBER WHEN YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED. International orders will not be considered lost until 6 weeks after shipment. • International customers may VISIT THE SITE BELOW TO FIND YOUR COUNTRY'S SPECIFIC SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS. I say this only because some countries have prohibited the shipping of some seemingly common items. Refund & Exchange Policy
Always double check the size of the product before purchase. This includes the fit and the actual size of the item(s). I want you to be happy with your experience, please contact me with any questions about your order! • Return or exchange within 30 days, for any reason. Shipping will be your responsibility, unless it is a mistake of mine or an issue with the product(s). Please email me before you ship for a return or exchange. • If you require an exchange, please keep in mind that I may have not have replacement components. If this is the case, rest assured, I will do my best to come up with a solution.
