Payment Policy

If you are interested in an item and don't have the money right away, I can hold the item for 3 days for you. I understand pay periods vary, so if you are interested in something and will not get paid until after that 3 day period, we can work something out. However, if payment is not received by the agreed date, the purchase will be canceled and item will be re-listed. Otherwise, payment is expected immediately.

Shipping Policy

US SHIPPING IS TO MAJOR 48 STATES - Over charges on shipping if they exceed $1.50 will be refunded to buyer. This amount takes into account cost for packaging supplies. Shipping is via priority mail with tracking confirmation within the major 48 US states. Expedited shipping can be arranged, but additional charges will apply. Larger items will be packaged and sent via UPS to ensure safe shipping. ***PLEASE NOTE: INTERNATIONAL BUYERS!!! U.S. Tracking is only good to the US boarder. Packages cannot be tracked or guaranteed after they leave U.S. soil. All international buyers buy at their own risk and as long as the U.S. Postal Service can provide proof that package went through customs, no reimbursement/refund will be made. Buyer is also responsible for all duties, taxes, etc., imposed by their own country for purchasing and receiving the item(s) from the U.S. International sales are final.

Refund & Exchange Policy

All items are inspected and approved prior to shipping. Refunds will be given within 7 days of delivery confirmation date that item(s) were delivered. Returns are at buyers expense and no refunds are given for original shipping cost. Item MUST be returned in new, never been used condition, with ALL tags, gift bags/boxes, etc. Any requests for refund after that 7 day period, or item is post-dated outside of that 7 day period, will result in a shop credit. NO EXCEPTIONS. Any purchase made from a "store credit" cannot be returned for a monetary refund and no credit will be given for any shipping charges. In addition, item MUST be returned in order to receive a refund. No refunds will be given if buyer discards the merchandise and then requests a refund. Any items damaged in transit must be document via photos by the buyer. An insurance claim will be made through the shipping vendor.
