Seeds of Fire Designs's Policies
I am an independent artist working from home, selling my crafts on a part-time basis. I am happy to work with any customer to ensure their satisfaction within reasonable means, so please do communicate! Please be patient. Hand made crafts take time.
Payment via PayPal only. Ready-to-ship items will be sent within 2 weeks of receiving payment. Custom items will begin construction as soon as I have the necessary information, but personalization and shipping will not occur until payment is received. If an item can not be sent for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
Shipping goes out once a week. Expect 2 weeks for handling on completed products. Custom and create-on-demand products take additional time for construction. Rushed production and shipping cost extra. If you have a deadline, please inform me at the time of purchase. I will do my best to accommodate reasonable requests.
Refund & Exchange Policy
No returns on personalized items. Custom items may be returned or exchanged if they are in sellable condition. Exchanges may be negotiated, when comparable items are available. A refund will be issued only after a returned item is received. If the issue is my error, I will refund your shipping costs to return. When in doubt, contact me, and we’ll see what I can do to help.
I will not negotiate further with individuals who become abusive in their communication. If you can not remain civil, please take your business elsewhere.
