Introduction

I believe that jewelry should make people happy. I am happy when you appreciate my artistry enough to purchase it and I want you to be happy when you receive and wear it. I'll strive to do my best to create jewelry you'll be proud to wear and own and to give you excellent service until it reaches you.

Payment Policy

Preferred method of payment is PayPal. PayPal is the most secure, fast and safe method of payment. You do not have to have a Paypal account to use Paypal's payment system. You can use your credit or debit card with it.

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Shipping Fees: Orders shipped to USA addresses are $2.50 for First Class mail with tracking. Orders shipped to Canada are $7.25 First Class International Order to all other countries is $9.25 Please note that buyer is solely responsible for paying any import, VAT or Customs fees that are added on my your country as I have no control over these.

Refund & Exchange Policy

I strive to create jewelry that is not only unique and beautiful but well made, too. So I usually will not give a refund or exchange. Please look at photos of my pieces and read descriptions and measurements well to make sure that you are getting what you want. If you have any questions, please contact me to ask before making purchase. I also try to package shipments well so that they arrive safely to you but I have no control over how they are handled once they leave me. I have never yet (knock on wood!) had shipments arrive to anyone damaged. If you have concerns about damage during shipping, contact me and I can give you the rate to add insurance to your shipment cost.

Other Policies

I know that once you purchase your jewelry you are eager to receive it so I try to get it mailed to you as soon as possible. I ship within 1-2 business days after receiving your order. You will receive notification via email when it is mailed - along with tracking so you know when to expect your jewelry. Is this a gift? Drop me a note to let me know and I'll make sure it's wrapped nicely if it is being sent directly to the recipient. Also give me the name and address of the recipient if you want it mailed directly to them. No worries. I will make sure there is no price information in their package.
