Please make sure you have a safe place to receive your package. Items will be securely wrapped for safety in mailing. I ship items under 13 oz. by USPS First Class mail within the US.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Earrings, for sanitary reasons, are non-returnable, but I want you to be happy, so talk to me and I am sure we can come up with a solution. If you aren't satisfied with your order, please send me a message, we can determine if a refund or an exchange is needed. Buyer is responsible for shipping fees for refunds and exchanges

Other Policies

Care for all SEED-BEADED jewelry... Seed beads are strong but can be crushed or break if subjected to the bottom of your purse or allowed to get tangled up with other items. Please handle seed-bead jewelry with care and keep it out of water. Getting seed bead jewelry wet will cause the thread to lose shape, warp, stretch, or break. Some of my seed bead jewelry is made with a very fine coated stainless steel thread, which is water resistant. Please ask if you aren't sure. Care for Clay jewelry, DO NOT GET WET! Do not subject it to extreme heat. Doilies: Hand wash and dry flat. Pillows: spot clean or dry clean.
