We accept all payment types. When you pay we will start producing all of your items. Residents of Missouri will be charged sales tax. International orders may be charged a customs fee depending on your country of origin. We are not responsible for any custom charges with international shipping. It is the customers responsibility to be familiar with their countries customs policies.
Processing Time: Typically 1 - 2 Weeks. (Business Days) * Processing times might change during busier months. Make sure to message us if your wedding date is sooner than 1-2 weeks away from purchase date Domestic Shipping Time 3 - 5 Days. International Shipping varies by country, about three weeks* Right now we ship Worldwide! *We are not responsible for customers giving incomplete or inaccurate shipping information (Ship to address) *Estimated shipping times may vary depending on final destination. Expedited shipping is also available please contact us for details. *We are not responsible if the post office loses or delays a package but we will do our best to ensure it's safe and timely arrival. *Keep in mind, the Overnight shipping option is the ONLY option that the post office guarantees. Though, Priority mail is usually very fast.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We work with all customers for ultimate satisfaction! If any problems arise feel free to message us and we can take the problem from there :)! We do not issue refunds after 24 hours after purchase. If you feel a refund is necessary, contact us and we will see what we can do. Keep in mind we embroider exact to the information we are given by the buyer. Including exact spelling and punctuation in verse contents. *We are not responsible if buyer does not give full or incorrect details. *We are not responsible and do not issue refunds if the post office loses or delays a package but we will do our best to ensure it's safe and timely arrival! Shipping will be refunded only if the post office issues a refund to the shop.
