At Robins Crafts and Treasures it is our policy is to sell you the customer, the product you order. We try to make your experience when you order from us, the easiest and best we can to our ability.

Payment Policy

At Robins Crafts and Treasures we like to make paying for your product easy by using a safe way to pay: You can pay for your items using Paypal at the checkout.

Shipping Policy

At Robins Crafts and Treasures I will use the United States Post Office, unless you the customer would ask for your purchase to be shipped another way. Just leave a message at the time of purchase and we will make the special accommodations for our customers. I will provide the tracking number either way for you the customer to track your package, just a quick note the post office is running slower because the shortage of workers due to covid. Which is out of anyone's control, so I hope you the customer will have some patients even though it is frustrating for all of us.

Refund & Exchange Policy

At Robins Crafts and Treasures we will try to make our customers purchase fast and easy. If for some reason you receive a broken or defective item, we will make every effort to exchange the item as long as it is within the first 15 days.. If we cannot exchange the broken or detective item we will provide a full refund within that 15 days

Other Policies

At Robins Crafts and Treasures we sell handmade, new, and used items. We like bright colors, positive quotes and sayings, and we love to put our heart and souls into everything we make. I Robin have been crafting most of my life, I make all sorts of crafts and love to find one of kind items. I hope to bring as much joy to our customers as we do making them. I like to work with 2 or 3 mediums at a time , wood, rocks, polymer clay, trinkets, jewelry, just to name a few.
