Introduction
All of our items are handmade in our Nixa, MO woodshop. Because we are not robots, each piece may be a little different from another. We take great care to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Payment Policy
Payment is required in full with shipping upon ordering.
Shipping Policy
Items are generally shipped out within 2 weeks of purchase via FedEx.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We do not offer full refunds. We do at times offer partial refunds due to items damaged during shipping or other uncommon circumstances.
