Welcome to my shop policies!
Payment is to be made at time of purchase. If your payment is not received within 3 days of placing an order, I'll have to cancel it.
Your order will be shipped within 3 business days of payment via USPS Priority Mail for jewelry or large orders, and USPS First Class for prints, cards and small paper goods. (International orders are shipped via First Class International.) I ship prints, cards and other paper goods wrapped in a cello sleeve with a stiff backing to avoid crinkles. Jewelry is shipped in a cardboard gift box and placed in a sturdy shipping box. Also, please check your order for accurate address details and such. If the address information is not correct, let me know within 24 hours. If an incorrect address is communicated to me within 24 hours I cannot be held responsible for not received orders. Tracking information is included with each shipment (except orders that would fit in a small envelope and are shipped First Class, such as individual cards or bookplates.) Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
Refund & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order I'm more than happy to offer a refund or a replacement. I want you to be delighted with your purchase.
