Sizing details 1) For quantities of 3 or more people/pets, I recommend a size no smaller than 16x20. This is, quite simply, because of the overall finished portrait having a nice amount of detail. Picture yourselves on a portrait looking like a family of dolls versus people. The ideal size for a family portrait with many members is 18x24 or larger. 2) It is sometimes necessary, due to size, to shrink the length of a long dress, or remove details/objects from a photo to direct the focus towards the people in the portrait. If you are sentimental about a detail of your photo, please tell me what it is ... and I will tell you if I can keep it and still provide you a wonderful finished portrait. Privacy Please note that your privacy is very important to me. Thus, I will never use your portrait or photos without your permission. The people in the portraits on our page page are either my family or previous customers that have provided their permission. If you are really excited about your portrait, and choose to share it in your review, that would be great! However, that choice is yours to decide. Gift wrapping and packaging I provide free wrapping and thank you notes with every order. Each is wrapped in tissue paper and tied with a colored satin ribbon. If you are purchasing this as a gift, and would like to include a brief note with it, just send it to me in your payment notes of your order. Sharing the Process with You I will send you a couple of photos throughout the process. I like my customers to feel they are a part of their special order. Special Message on the Portrait If you would like to add a tiny message on your portrait, I am happy to include it. Please keep in mind that long messages may feel like a distraction, so it's best to limit these to a sentence or so. Custom and personalized orders We specialize in older and limited pictures. We take great pride in our artistic and design ability to take those few pictures you might have that may be old and not in the greatest quality and turning them into something more crisp and dynamic for you. All orders are shipped within 1-2weeks depending on which item is ordered. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
